This week is a CELEBRATION to the hardest working group of teachers in the world! I don't tell you enough how much I appreciation ALL that you do each and every day to make a difference in the lives of our children. You are truly amazing and I am privileged to work beside you each day.

You will also need to complete this END OF THE YEAR CHECKOUT FORM and return it to the office the last week of school for checkout. Surveys-I have placed a copy of the parent survey results in your TalentEd accounts. Please look over these and reflect on the information. I know it is easy to focus on anything negative. Just remember that this is just one piece of information. In addition to your parent survey results, I have also included the top three and bottom three results of my survey below. I appreciate your feedback and look closely and areas where I can improve. I truly appreciate all of your input on improving my leadership skills. 3 STRENGTHS 1-Have effective skills to organize and manage the building. 2- As a leader, my administrator demonstrates a strong work ethic. 3-Creates a positive culture giving encouragement and appreciation to others. 3 AREAS OF IMPROVEMENT 1-Enforce building/classroom discipline throughout the building. 2-Hold people accountable for meeting set standards. 3-Set high professional expectations for self, faculty and school.
