WOW! It is amazing how many things we can cram into 4 1/2 days of school. I know it has been a busy week and I want to thank you for doing an outstanding job at keeping things moving along as normal as possible the week before Christmas. :P Christmas Faculty Tea-Don't miss our lunch on Friday at 1:00 in the library. We will have Ott's Pasta, salad, bread sticks, drinks and dessert for EVERYONE to enjoy. We will also have a $5 gift card exchange for those who want to participate. Calling Tree-If you recall a few years ago, Bob Andrus sent us text messages regarding school closings. We no longer have this service available to staff. I have been working on another program that will send out text messages to staff members. It is a service called Pulse.to. In order for me to set up this program, I have to enter your cell phone number and send out an invitation text message for you to join. I will be doing this over the holiday break. SOOOOOO, please double check your cell phone number on this Google Doc and respond back to the text message that will be sent to you over the holiday break. It will be from the number #704-323-7775 OR 447781481721. I will be utilizing this service to send out friendly reminders about school events also. Instructional Excellence-Your 2nd semester plans are due FRIDAY, JANUARY 11th. Grade Cards-They will be going home with students on Monday, January 7th when we return from the holiday break. Please let Carrie know if you would like her to print these for you. Assessment Wall-Please make sure that you have DRA 2nd quarter forms filled out and January Read the Walls spreadsheets ready for our grade level meeting on Tuesday, January 8th. We will be reviewing the data and adding that information to our assessment wall. McTeacher Night-MARK YOUR CALENDARS! We will have McTeacher Night on Monday, January 21st from 4:00-8:00. As always, those of you who work will share the profit to use on classroom supplies. PLEASE SIGN UP HERE! Building Hours During Christmas Break
